About us

Engineers of Tomorrow is a not-for-profit that is shaping the engineering narrative by telling better stories.

2019 Highlights!

As we move full STEAM ahead (pun intended!) into 2020, we also want to take some time to recognize some significant accomplishments that happened in 2019!

Why do we do that?

Well, we’re in this for the long haul.

There is no “quick fix” when you are dealing with big complex systems, culture change and shift perceptions.

That takes time.

So, it’s important that we celebrate “wins” along the way….and we want to do that with you!

Here are some of our favorite moments from 2019!

  • Becky & Erica receive Queen’s Engineering Excellence award! In honour of the 125th anniversary of Queen’s Engineering, Erica and Becky were honour to return to their alma mater to receive this award. Read more about the event at: https://engineering.queensu.ca/125/award-recipients.html

  • Welcoming new faces to Team EoT! We are committed to bringing on board new perspectives and innovated team members who are passionate about inspiring the next generation of problem solvers and game changers. We’ve are grateful to be supported by such an amazing team ❤️

  • EIR program launches into it’s 21st year! Wow….it’s humbling to think that over 20 years ago the EIR program began as a 4 month pilot project with just a few schools. And now, there are 200 professional engineers volunteering in 200 classrooms across Ontario! 👏👏👏 That’s 5000 kids, learning what it means to be an engineer. And 50,000 opportunities to shift perceptions about STEM!

Thanks for taking the time to join us in celebrating an amazing 2019!

Stay tuned for the 2020 fun! Our calendars are already filling up with some great collaborations and exciting events.
