7:30 Presentation by Phil Greene of Digital Moment (formerly Kids Code Jeunesse). See Digital Moment and Coding for Kids | Kids Code Jeunesse Phil’s presentation will include a demo of the Halloween project and a small talk about this really interesting project they are working on in collaboration with the Canadian Space Agency that he thinks will be of real interest to EIRs and teachers.

8:00 Quadrupeds lesson by Bob Thomas. A hands-on simplified (but not trivialized) experiment. We scale a deer up until it’s as tall (and as long and wide) as an elephant and see what happens.
